Notice to All Tourist Visa Applicants

According to the latest regulations, tourist visa applicants may now choose to apply at the jurisdictional consular district corresponding to their place of work.

Applicants who choose this service must provide valid proof of employment (such as an original employment letter, a copy of the business license with the company's fresh seal, etc.) at the time of application to confirm that their work location is consistent with the consular district where they are applying.

Please note that all applications must comply with the requirements of the Indian Consulate and are subject to review. The final decision on issuance is at the sole discretion of the consular officer.

Dear Esteemed Applicants, Please note:

1. When completing the Visa Application Form, applicants must ensure that all blank fields in Section G. Profession/Occupation Details are filled in. The completeness of this information is crucial during the visa submission and review process.

2. Recently, our visa center has received fraudulent “Visa Application Form” and supporting documents from some applicants. We hereby remind all applicants that any form of post-submission editing or tampering with application forms or materials is strictly prohibited. The visa center reserves the right to reject any such applications.

Visa Application Center – Important Update for Applicants

Dear Esteemed Applicants,
We kindly encourage all applicants applying in good faith to book an appointment through the Visa Application Center (VAC) and submit their documents as per the guidelines provided. New appointment slots are regularly updated on our official website: Click here. If all submitted documents are complete and the purpose of travel is clearly established, the visa processing should be completed within a reasonable timeframe.

Due to high demand, appointment slots are limited and allocated to ensure efficient processing. Please note that unused appointments (including cases of "no-show" or incomplete/incorrect documentation) cannot be reassigned to other applicants under any circumstances.

To facilitate a smooth application process, we kindly request that you:

• Accurately enter your application webform number when booking your appointment to avoid delays or refusal of submission.
• Schedule appointments only through our official website and ensure all documents match the checklist requirements.
• Select the correct visa category during booking, as applications under incorrect categories will not be accepted, and a new appointment will be necessary.

All appointments are free of charge and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Chinese Nationals may apply for Tourist Visa to visit India by filling the Visa application form online at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in w.e.f 24th July 2025 and then book an appointment at BLS website to personally visit and submit the printed visa form along with their passport and supporting documents at respective Indian Visa application centres at addresses as per jurisdictions:

i) Beijing - 5ᵗʰ Floor, Block A, Gateway Plaza, No. 18 East Third Ring North Road, Chaoyang District, Beijing

ii) Shanghai - 11B38, No. 2299, Yan’an West Road, Changning District, Shanghai

iii) Guangzhou - Room No. 2401A, R&F Yingli Mansion North Tower No. 3 - 2 Huaqiang Road, Tianhe District, Guangzhou
