Applicants are requested to fill the attached forms with the correct information. Here are two options to submit the withdrawal forms.
Instructions to fill withdrawal letter is as follows:
Date of Submission of Application: Date of enrolling biometrics
Registration number as per receipt: Reference number mentioned on the BLS receipt
Applicant Name: As per passport
Date of Birth: As per passport
Visa Type: As per application form
Passport Number: As per application form
Reason for withdrawing the application: Cleary stated as per the real situation
